Student Counseling Services (SCS) maintains clinical records in electronic format, of care provided by SCS.
ELECTRONIC CLINICAL RECORDS:
SCS maintains electronic clinical records of patients seen. Electronic clinical records are maintained for a minimum of 7 fiscal years after the last date of service or 7 years after the age of majority.
