Wage Hour Reports

Also called "time sheets," these documents are used to record hours worked for all non-exempt employees (XH, H and E Base). Wage Hour Reports are signed by employees. As long as the Wage Hour Report is signed, retention of a copy or scan is acceptable.

Note: Time clock cards need not be signed, but must be retained for the same period as Wage Hour Reports.
