Confidential case file material: information from any case in which the Ombuds Office has been consulted or asked to participate that identifies or could be used to identify an individual or university entity. These materials may include intake sheets, notes, and correspondence related to a specific individual’s case.
Confidential work product material: information related to work conducted by the Ombuds Office that is not related to a specific individual’s case but must be secured for confidentiality. These materials may include phone messages, notes, research, calendar entries, etc.
